Georgia A. Sumter-Hart

Growing up in the heart of Santa Barbara County’s Flower Valley, Georgia came by her love of flowers and art naturally, studying art in school and working in a flower shop as a teen.  She later purchased the same Lompoc Florist & Gift in the 80’s, but her love of Fabric Art; Batik, Silk Painting, Tie-Dye and Ice Tie-Dye soon dominated her artistic energy.  Having a passion to work large, she has many murals and other art installations of etched glass and fabric around the area.  Her work is currently found in Lompoc at The Garden Shoppe, and online at www.georgiahartdesigns.com
